Refund Policy
We hope you love all Leadville Race Series purchases but if for some reason you do not, we understand that sometimes you may want to return items. Online purchases are eligible for store credit or refund if returned within 15 business days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We cannot accept returns for worn or items without tags.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a new size, or something different, you can either do that when you are in town, or email bfinck@lt.life to process the exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and difference in cost.
Refunds/ In Store Credit
We will only refund purchases when a return has been made.
Lottery and Registration Orders
No refunds are allowed for pre-registration retail sales. Due to purchases are made based on numbers from pre-registration.
